The Controvento Team offers at the companies professional support services of learning management. The learning management is essential step for the growth on human resources. To encourage people to learn and change, we use a participatory method that allows participants to play an active role and that allows them to enhance their professional experiences in such a way as to consolidate knowledge.
School
The expert team of Controvento, using a playful and engaging methodology, proposes useful paths to enhance the well-being of students and school staff, implementing interventions to promote and prevent adequate and generalizable behaviours to the various contexts of daily life. Moreover, our cooperative deals with projects to enhance school subjects.
